By using HabiTick ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
HabiTick is a personal productivity tool for tracking habits and tasks. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data you create in HabiTick — your habits, tasks, and notes are yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep HabiTick available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Free Service & Changes
HabiTick is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Any existing free features will be communicated clearly if they become paid.
7. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process requests within 30 days.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HabiTick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
